Aliwan fiesta 2017 is one of the most awaited event this coming April. Aliwan is dubbed as the Mother of all Philippine Festivals. The Philippines biggest gathering of festivals from different provinces will once again set foot on April 20-22, 2017. Showcasing different cultural presentations and unique costumes will surely amazed and surprised you. Contingents from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will once again compete for the grand price.

Aliwan Festival


This three day celebration is full of fun and excitement. Participants will compete in a grand street dancing competition, float parade, Festival Music Showdown and also Reyna ng Aliwan.

This annual celebration is organized by Manila Bradcasting Company (MBC), in collaboration with Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) and the cities of Manila and Pasay.

Aliwan Fiesta 2017 is celebrating its 15th year in the making this year. Aliwan Fiesta recognizes and aims to promote the different and unique festivals of the Philippines. The event will also showcase nightly shows and trade fairs which will be held in CCP Complex.

The Grand Street Dancing and Float Parade Competition will start at 4:00 pm from Quirino Grandstand and will pass through Roxas Boulevard, going to the designated final showdown are which is in front of CCP Complex, Manila. Be sure to come early to have a good spot. Don’t forget to bring food and water!
