Aliwan Fiesta 2017 Schedule of Events Aliwan fiesta 2017 is one of the most awaited event this coming April. Aliwan is dubbed as the Mother of all Philippine Festivals. The Philippines biggest gathering of festivals from different provinces will once again set foot on April 20-22, 2017. Showcasing different cultural presentations and unique costumes will surely amazed and surprised you. Contingents from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao will once again compete for the grand price. This three day celebration is full of fun and excitement. Participants will compete in a grand street dancing competition, float parade, Festival Music Showdown and also Reyna ng Aliwan. This annual celebration is organized by Manila Bradcasting Company (MBC), in collaboration with Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) and the cities of Manila and Pasay.
