I will ne sharing to you on how to get there and the fees you will be paying during your day tour in the beautiful Carbin Reef a marine reserve in Sagay City, Negros Occidental. Carbin Reef is a 200-hectare marine sanctuary with tongue-shape sand bar with white sand made of coral rubbles. Its white sand is not as fine as of Boracay yet the crystal clear water is best for swimming and snorkeling. In 1980s it was established as the first fish sanctuary. Nature lover and beach enthusiast would surely fell in love with its simplicity and its serenity.
